A fairly old board actually, a FIC VT-503.
http://www.fic.com.tw/fic/Products/Mainboards/1stmain/vt-503.htm
It currently has a pentium166 running in it (on loan) with plans of a spare
IBM PR200 going in. Currently it has AWARD BIOS ver. 109GI15 (21/01/1998),
and I have ver. 109GI16 ready to flash. I'm getting very much to the
conclusion that the motherboard has problems.
