[plug] Networking problem... not working

I have IP Masq running nicely.. I had it running almost perfectly before
I reinstalled my workstation.... then.. the inevitable. It stopped
working... I cannot remember where the HOWTO was that I used last
time... and I have checked linuxdoc.org and linuxdocs.org
it's not there.
I need this to work to download sndconfig.. again.
any ideas?
