Follow the instructions buried in there:

(WW) `fonts.dir' not found (or not valid) in
"/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo/".  Entry deleted from font path.
        (Run 'mkfontdir' on "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo/").
         ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

and it says this a couple of other times too for different directories.
