The thing to note here is - don't expect that the invasion of your privacy (a 
"security" camera) will result in a pay-off like better security.  I know a 
guy who stole a wallet which someone left in a bank.  I wish you all the luck 
in finding your wallet but I hope for your sake it didn't have a significant 
amount of money in it.
