Yep, AVP works a treat with postfix. It takes a bit of setting up though 
as the instructions are less than thorough (read: they're wrong in 
places, and half-russian in others).
I suggest you use that in conjunction with Michael Tokarev's 'avcheck' - 
http://lists.corpit.ru/avcheck/ rather than the 'kavkeeper' that comes 
with AVP (now "KAV") as kavkeeper is quite buggy.

They've changed their licensing recently, though. Before they offered a 
complete "server" license for around $AU 1000. That meant you could scan 
any number of mailboxes for that one-off price.
They now charge on a ridiculously high per-mailbox rate (about $US 6 
IIRC) which would be fine for a SME but not an ISP.
