A mixture of news and journalism.  It appears that Borland will release
the Delphi port free (beer) for making free (GPL) software - you pay to
make closed software.  "Kylix" is apparently the full project including
the C++ compiler, which is not yet ready.

The project apparently integrates well with existing Linux components
such as Apache and MySQL.
