I've been asked to write an article about alternative computer software 
for an alternative education magazine focussing on home education (as 
in: not connected with any education department; taught by mum and/or 
dad; ranges from unschooling (live the education) to 
blackboards-at-home; averaging 30 percentile points above state schools 
etc).
