[plug] bind 8.2.3

I've downloaded this rpm and apon trying to install it I receive two
dependency messages referring to bzip and libbz2. I've since grabbed those 2
files but . . .

where do I put them or what do I do with them? (I can think of one
suggestion)*newbie alert off*

Yes I've searched for instructions and found nothing to ease the pain!!
Help!
