Yes. They probably don't want people hacking into their mail server...
and/or are unwilling to associate with a Perth ISP - could be any
number of reasons.

The judgement of credibility has little to do with choice of
communications, I'd test credibility by seeing their stuff, how
they treat their goods vis a vis static, what sort of warranty etc
