[plug] New Kernel - 2.4.0 released.

For those that haven't seen kernel.org or slashdot, 2.4.0 has been 
released. I've been on test12 and test10, and find it runs nicely. 
I now have a USB optical mouse under XFree86 4.0.2 (Debian unstable). ;)
