The config of EQL is the same for the ISP side as it is the client side.

The only documentation available for eql is
/usr/src/linux-isdn/Documentation/networking/eql.txt

The important things (IIRC) are:

1. ifconfig eql to the same IP address etc (and mtu) as the pppN devices
2. eql_enslave the pppN devices to the eql device
3. change the routing table so you send traffic via the eql device rather
   than the pppN devices.

Note that the eql driver has not been updated in almost 5 years, so the
chances of it still working correctly with the latest kernels are slim.
