[plug] responses to my dependencies question

Thanks to all who replied to my rpm dependency query. You each basically
confirmed my own suspicions. I am comfortable downloading source and making
it myself, but I will sometimes fall to the convenience factor of a binary
RPM if it is there in front of me, and I'm not too fussy about optimising
the program's configuration. This was the case with Xcdroast, and I have
downloaded the tar ball and made it myself previously.

I wasn't completely clear about source RPMS though, so thanks for that too.
I'll look into it further myself.
