[plug] monitor setting

I'm trying to get a monitor and video card to setup correctly.
The monitor is a Mitsubishi Diamond View 1554e, it has the following stats:

Forget the last column this is for the 17' version.

The video card is a AOpen PA50 w/ a SIS 6326 2D/3D chipset, 8MB Video on board, 2x AGP.  Keep get an error when trying to configure this.
