Or alternately, perhaps a file in /lib/modules/<version>/fs/ where
<version> is in /proc/version. nls_iso*.o files do not count.

Assuming the CDROM really is IDE. It almost certainly is, but if you
happen to know that it isn't, please enlighten us.
