That must be asking for a second floppy from the redhat CD. The drivers
that came originilly with the CD-drive are no use for linux.
  Look for a drivers disk image on the CD where you got your boot floppy
image.

An easier way might be to use Windoze or RH6 to copy the RH7 CD to your
hard drive, then install from that.
