[plug] Shutdown question

  On Shutdown I read following.
  .
  .
  mount: / is busy
  Unmounting proc file system
  mount: / is busy
  The system is halted
  .
  .
  Can anyone tell me how I can pinpoint what process 
  / is busy with?
