Yeah. Linux may be free, but people time never is. I always make sure I specify
support arrangements, be it "none" through to "on call 24x7". If it costs
$150/hour if they ring you at 3am, they'll think twice about it (and if they do
need it, well the money's not too be sniffed at. -_^)
