Unless what you really mean is multilink there is no need for special
software, you just need to ask Telstra to put your phone lines on a
rotary.  I don't even think they charge you extra for that.  Just run
mgetty on all your serial ports, it doesn't care whether your modems are
on the same phone number or different.
