[plug] (OT) RSI?

Hi lads!
You should have a break and walk around every hour for around five minutes 
or so, and stare into the middle distance (around 3 to 9 metres) every 15 
minutes (are you near a window?). 10 hours is a VERY long time, so try to 
enhance you ergonomics by keeping your desk, mouse etc. a half foot or so 
above waist height.
