Update [2001-6-24 14:7:43 by rusty]: As rumored , it's just a router 
failure. Apparently, it's a pretty catastrophic one-- the main load-
balancing Arrowpoint failed, and the backup refused to take over. 
There's no DoS that I know of, and they have people working on it. I 
don't know why it isn't back up yet; probably because the configuration 
is very complicated. But the last bit's just my guess
