You can check the news agent for the "little book" of Linux.  It has Redhat
7 and Mandrake 7.2.  I think I paid $19.95 for it at the news agent.
You can also check the PC magazines for a CD distributions.  Sometimes they
will have one.
Also Linux Format magazine usually includes a linux distribution.

I would really like to try out linux, any distribution, but do not have 
access to a credit card, so i can't buy off the net. Could ANYBODY out 
there send me a distribution that will run on a 486/P100, for me to try. I 
am a newbie so i wouldn't mind an easy distribution to set up. If you can 
send me a copy, email me and i will give you my postal address,
