[plug] Importing MS Outlook email archives

I came across a neat proggy to convert Outlook Express -> mbx format called 
oe2mbx by Stephan Nedregaard  <stephan at micropop.com> from 
http://www.micropop.com/code .  Alas this site seems to have been lost to the 
ether and doing a google search points you to the cached instance :-
