It's not exactly what you are looking for, but I had some success with a
product called 'Phone Patch', which is a H.323 gateway (H323 is the standard
video conf protocol that netmeeting and such use).  It's from an Australian
company called Equivalence.  It allowed me to use netmeeting on Windows
through my ip-masqing linux box.  I haven't used all the features (user
directory etc) but it was OK for what I needed.
