I've used it in the past (about a year ago).
It's pretty good in the area for which it is largely intended (easy-admin
office general server role). My impression of it at the time was that if
you are a moderately experienced linux user, you should definitely read the
documentation and understand what you're dealing with - as it IS different
to a "normal" linux system. You are NOT intended to edit /etc configuration
files directly, for example, which is a very easy trap to fall into.
The big plus of it is that it's pretty easy to administer through its web
interface (once it's up and running), so you don't _have_ to have a
Linux/UNIX-capable person on hand all the time.
