[plug] vmware, wine, and win4lin (brief) questions

Do either vmware or win4lin offer a 'free for personal use' version,
or is wine the only way to go for the free emulator? Do any of the
three support DirectX? Is there a way to play windows games that
require DirectX using one of these emulators?

TIA,

Ari
