And go for Zope instead !!!

Sorry I have never been one who can clearly clarify an issue for people
*grin* (Kinda the guy who plays the devils advocate and outside of the box
looker). Still if the above issues are really a concern to you I feel Zope
could go a long way to providing a decent soloution. It alos does DB stuff
and you can implement changes in either Python or Perl.
