[plug] Cups and Remote network printer... Cont

i was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with cups and a
remote network printer.

i am trying to configure cups to print to a hp laserjet 4050, it seems
that i can add the printer, and cups is able to stat the printer and it
tells me that it is online,...  but when i send a test page to the printer
nothing happens, cups says that it has been printed, but the job is still
in the spool.

the laser jet, has jetdirect and ipp running on it, it seems that any way
i try to configure cups, the same thing happens.
