[plug] IPMasq Info

On my Rh 7.1 firewall, with 2.4.14 installed, netstat -M tells me
that --masquerade isn't supported. Maybe an incompatibility between netstat
and the new netfilter code? netstat is checking /proc/net/ip-masquerade,
while the new netfilter uses /proc/net/ip_conntrack. cat'ing this filw
works for me.
