[plug] realplayer and via onboard audio

I have a VIA Apollo MVP3G2 Super Socket 7 board with a SB Live! Value and I 
get a sharp crackle whenever I start playing, but it ends quickly (within 2 
seconds or so) and then the audio returns to normal.

Do you think that this would be in the same league?
