Download the Contents-i386.gz (or equivalent for your architecture) from
your nearest friendly Debian mirror, and zgrep through it for the file you
are looking for it.

Alternatively web your way to packages.debian.org and use the online
search "Search the Contents of the Latest Release"
but you can only search through potato that way.  I downloaded the potato,
sid & woody Contents files so I can zgrep through each of them.
