[plug] Debian newbie question re:permissions

Thanks for the tip Greg - but, sorry no luck after logging off and back
on. Permissions for /usr/sbin/pppd are set to 755. But my guess (based
on the error message) is that it's /etc/ppp/options is the sticking
point. (Present permissions are set to 733)
Mmmm... What to do?
