[plug] Australian rsync mirror addresses for Debian Woody pls

Hi Plug, I wonder if someone could help me with some Australian rsync 
mirror sites for Woody please.
I have an old set of Woody cds and would like to update them with rsync.
I have looked at the information on querying an rsync server to try to find 
the correct directory and file locations, but can't figure that out.

(I did wonder why the directories where the isos are kept couldn't have 
rsync high up in the name and be made so that a browser could read them, 
but not download the files.  This would make locating the address much 
easier.  Anyway I'm probably missing something.  Also I don't understand 
perl scripts - I'll have to wait till I know a but more before taking on 
James' rsync locator script)
