[plug] Shortcut keys

Are there any programs around that will let you map certain key
combinations to run a specified program? I'm looking for a use for
my 'doze keys which aren't really doing much. I recently discovered
how to map the windows key to the Compose key, which allows you to
type fancy international characters and some others such as 'doze's
Alt+0222. :þ

As for mapping keys to run programs, ideas anyone?
