Sorry, the other killer is this:

  30W (reasonably low power box, budget 120W for a real system) no monitor
  * 24H/day
  * 365.25day/yr
  = 263kWH/yr
  @ 15c/kWH
  = $39.45/yr in power alone ($157.79 for 120W)

So don't bill less than $200 PA!
