[plug] en_GB KDE "trash can"

I tried my HARDEST to get "en" to be English and "en_US" to be the US 
dialect but KDE were stubborn about that! Perhaps I could get some of you 
lot on the mailing list to protest to KDE about it? I'll supply you the 
address you need if you genuinely want to.
