[plug] IRC newsfeed?

Just a brief question - does anyone know of a (live) IRC newsfeed[*] I
could attach myself to? I was using the irc.openproject.com as suggested by
James last night (thanks James), but it appears to be down now. Similarly
the site mentioned on /. appears to have the CNN channel down for the
moment.
