Not with RH 7.1 you don't, it will just run.  Watch those scripts,
though.  The receive-call script will do dumb things like change your
default route (why??) and doesn't set a proxyarp entry, so the person
dialling in can't see beyond the answering machine.  Obviously not many
people are using the scripts for receiving calls...
