Why is that not a dictatorship, even from a relatively benign perspective ?

There are many political analyists internationally as well as many
intellectuals in USA that recognise US is a type of rogue state,


My information (so far) is this:

a.	Saddam Hussein is behind the WTC attack and hired operatives
	which do and had worked for Ossama bin laden.

b.	Saddam and Ossam are however not the best of friends ~`:o

c.	Religion has nothing to do with it,

d.	Saddam has often stated that Afghanistan should be wiped out
	(prob because its a threat to religious version in Iraq),
	Saddam has had an issue with fringe states like Iran and
	Afganhistan for a long while...

I really think the first priority for USA is to get Saddam and let his
minions get Ossama...

You see, this distraction allows Saddam (and others such as Pakistan
- wihtout sanctions) to further develop their nuclear and trinary nerve
gas capabilities - my information is also that common agents for nerve
gas are developed in Iraq - with the key third component develped in
Pakistan or by the Russian Mafia for any number of purposes...

I am also advised that the Russian Mafia is behind the short selling
of Insurance stocks in USA prior to WTC attack, prob there is a link
between some elements of Iraqi military intelligence and Russian
mafia trying to get their hands on old Russian nuclear weapons !
