yeh well the most common types are

1 - Open Proxy Scanner (I know DALnet do this (from 
proxymonitor.<server>.dal.net)) - 3128 and 80 (apache proxy) is ok but 
1080, 8080 is bad
2 - Trojan Scanner (DALnet also do this once your online) 54321, 24738 etc
3 - Channel Trojan Scanner by someone (same as above)
4 - Someone scanning people for proxies (usually in larger channels - makes 
my proxylist larger ;p) 3128/1080/8080
