You can install from a potato CD, but that will leave your with a few
hundred megabytes (depending on what you want installed) of updates to
download if you want to end up running woody.
woody isn't officially released as a stable distribution yet, so if
you really want it on CD, you're probably better of waiting. The only
problem is, you may be waiting for some time. I don't believe woody
even has an expected release date yet (someone please correct me if they
know otherwise).
Your best bet is to install potato and upgrade to woody, or to just try
out the beta versions of the woody boot floppies (which I will be trying
next week sometime, if you want to know how usable they are).
