That sounds reasonable, but it is not what the web page says. Microsoft, in 
their icy heart-of-hearts, think of a Windows-less machine as a machine for 
which someone owes them a licence fee because they `know' that sooner or 
later they'll install a `stolen' Windows on it.

Never mind charging people double and triple for Windows on the same 
machine...
