Do you really mean LUNs? or mean SCSI IDs?
LUNS are quasi-evil, the margarine of evil...

Have you set the "spin on start" in the BIOS?
Setting the delay on the drives is ineffective when the BIOS is set to
automatically start drives.

Unfortunatly I can't double check that as I'm not at the office with
"mutha"
