[plug] Trubble wgetting jdk1.4 from sun

I was using wget to download jdk1.4 from java.sun when I was cut off by our 
ISP (they do it every 4 hours regardless of activity) when I tried to resume 
with the -c option, it runs ok for a brief period before stalling 
perminantly. I was just wondering if anyone would have any ideas as to 
whether the fault is mine or at the sun server. Below is the output from my 
last attempt (I've tried resuming 4 times with the same result). Does this 
possibly mean they do not support resumption?
