Interesting read. Thanks for the pointer.

I can see some cause for concern wrt the government knee jerking on this
as they did on pr0n, possibly going as far as going actual damage to
peoples free and unfettered use of the net (rather than being merely a
waste of taxpayers money that the ABA legislation is)

A commendable aim... pity the government has such a poor track record on
internet issues.

So... is PLUG going to formulate a submission?
