[plug] Focussing Mozilla (or any window?) via a command?

Is there an easy way I can shift focus to Mozilla, through a command, such
that I can bind it to a hotkey? Preferrably, such a command would also load
Mozilla if it wasn't currently running.

Some apps, just rerunning the command focusses them. eg; kmail. Run it once,
and it loads kmail. Run it again, and it just focusses the existing kmail.
Problem is, Mozilla opens a NEW window, and I don't want that; I want to
focus & raise the existing window.

Any ideas?
