[plug] Focussing Mozilla (or any window?) via a command?

This did some scary scary things to my Mozilla, and not even close to what it 
should've done. *grin*

On mine it took random chunks of the visible parts of Mozilla, and Kmail (the 
window half-overlapping them), and froze them on the screen, regardless of 
what I raised/lowered or moved.
