[plug] networking XP Pro and Samba

XP Home = not for networks, so don't bother with it.  If a client 
already has it, then tell them they can't do it with XP home.

For XP Pro, you have to be using encrypted passwords on Samba and have 
to setup all of the instances of "requiresignorseal" in registry (I 
think there are 3 instances, just do a search) to "0" instead of "1".

The rest of the stuff you need is documented, that bit above is the bit 
that is hard to find anything written on.  At least it was when I was 
setting it up the first time.
