Assuming this was not just part of the joke which followed it, do you
have a pointer to a doc on how to do this? The mimedefang people say
it's not possible, because mimedefang depends on Milter:

Someone asked this question on sage-au recently and got no solution;
if you know how, there are certainly people out there who'd like to
hear about it.
