( ) 1. Restrict Message size to 30KB
( ) 2. Strip all attachments
( ) 3. Strip all attachments that are not signatures
( ) 4. Reject all messages that include attachments
(x) 5. Make no change
Note: Option 3 is contingent on the option being available in the 
mailing list application configuration.

My actual choice would probably be one of the following:

(x) 6. Moderate all messages above 30KB
( ) 7. Require a username/password for posting to the list
( ) 8. Include Windows viruses with every email to ensure Linux usage
( ) 9. Require all messages to be PGP/GPG signed (and server-checked)

Given any reasonable list software, all but #9 could be easily done.

In addition:

(x) 42. Restrict the maximum number of commas per sentence
