I had initially tried to find it, by
Main Menu -> S(etup) ->C(onfigure)

But, at the bottom of the Setup screen, in the bottom right corner, just 
to the right of R(ules), I found K(olor), which had the options for the 
colours.

I think that Tony and I must have posted our last messages about this, 
at about the same time.
